These general conditions of use are agreed between MBA - Marketing e Brindes, Lda., headquartered at Rua Vilar do Senhor 493, 4455-213 Lavra, with NIF 502 64 0421, Share Capital of € 500,000, registered with the CRC. do Porto under N.º 49377/91, hereinafter referred to as "MBA" and between any individual, hereinafter referred to as "user", who browses or makes a budget through this website www.voltboards.eu, among other domains and subdomains as such as other domain endings and other MBA websites.

The navigation and use of this website is governed by these general conditions of use to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website or by prior agreement, express and in writing. The user undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to the law, morals and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.
| Product Information
The photographs that illustrate the products are merely illustrative, do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of MBA. The reproduction of the colors of the products is the closest to reality. On the other hand, with regard to the technical sheets and product descriptions of our partners or suppliers, MBA declines all responsibility for the validity of their content.
Some products may have incorrect specifications or price, which is why MBA checks prices whenever it processes quotes and sends the rectified quote for user approval, the order becomes effective after written confirmation by the user.
The user must check in the details of the product that he wants to quote if there is stock to proceed with the quote. The existence of the product in stock is only ensured after MBA receives the quote request and confirms the existence of stock with the supplier.
To have in count:
• The budget will be canceled if payment is not made within 30 (thirty) working days;
• Budgets made during the weekend and holidays (national and local) will only be processed on the following business day.

The prices indicated on the website are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer, they are presented in Euros and the currency changes automatically depending on the user's country.
The price per unit of each type of product without VAT is displayed, plus the VAT rate in force by law; the price per unit of each type of product with VAT included (excluding products with a price subject to consultation).

Prices, images and specifications of products and services are subject to change without notice.
MBA declines any responsibility for any publication or spelling errors on the website. When processing your quote and order, any and all price errors that may be displayed on the website due to technical anomalies will be detected and the user will be duly contacted and informed. If the price of the product or service shown on the website is actually lower, the difference is refunded. If the price is higher, the user can accept or cancel the quote and order.
| Availability of Products and Services
In case of out of stock of the quoted item, the user will be notified of the estimated delivery time, and the order will only proceed after consent given by the user.
In the event of unavailability, MBA may supply a good or service to the consumer of equivalent quality and price, provided that this possibility has been foreseen before the order is placed or in the order itself, in a clear and understandable way.
In the event of absolute unavailability or discontinuation (no longer being manufactured) of the ordered product, the user will be notified in order to enable its replacement by another product and the order will only proceed after consent given by the user. As there is usually a price difference, you must choose an item of approximate value, if the value is higher we will have to wait for the transfer of this difference.
In the event of absolute unavailability or discontinuation and if you do not wish to replace it with another product, the user can request a refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product.
The articles available on the website have limited stock, so they may become unavailable without prior notice.

| Delivery of Orders
All orders are delivered to the address indicated by the user. Orders are delivered through a transport company contracted by MBA or the user can collect the order at MBA Headquarters in Lavra.
With delivery through a carrier, it is possible to track your orders over the Internet. The guarantee of sending orders will only be ensured upon and after confirmation of payment, regardless of the form of payment.
As soon as you receive confirmation by email of the dispatch of your order, it must be delivered within 48 hours (Mainland Portugal). If this does not happen, you should immediately communicate with our user support service. Deliveries by carrier are only made to addresses where there is a guarantee that someone will be there to receive the order, otherwise it will be returned at the user's cost. Orders are only shipped after payment confirmation.
MBA cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from delays in deliveries or the unavailability of the ordered product.
If the user wishes to submit a complaint or request for information, he/she may contact MBA directly by registered letter to the address indicated above or by email at [email protected] in order to be able to resolve the object of the complaint as soon as possible. MBA undertakes to provide a response within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
To file a complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book, you must access the Complaints Book portal at www.livroreclamacoes.pt/ start and follow the instructions. The Paper Complaints Book is available at the public service locations.
| Returns and Contract Termination
Any goods produced according to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the right to terminate the contract, that is, products customized or made in accordance with the consumer's specifications. In the case of personalized products, which for some reason you are not satisfied, you must send an email to [email protected], so that the complaint can be analyzed and properly dealt with.
Our returns policy allows that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to a product deficiency or non-compliance with the purchase, you can return the product to us, with no sign of misuse, as long as it has not been used and present itself in its original condition. Under the terms of Decree-Law no. from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of services) or from the day on which the user received the order.
The user must return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he informed MBA of the decision to terminate the contract and must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs vary, depending on the weight and volume of the order as well as the return address, it can be estimated from €10 to €150.

| Warranty and After-Sales Service
MBA guarantees that the product purchased is free from any material defect under normal conditions of use. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years for the final consumer and 6 months for business or professional use (Estimated useful life of 500 cycles). The sales document, which contains the date of purchase of the product and its serial number, is proof of the start date of the warranty.
• Any type of consumables, tires, lamps, batteries, fuses, belts, shims, brake discs, shock absorbers, bearings, textiles, among others, as well as excluding broken or damaged parts or components due to abusive or improper use;
Mandatory and necessary maintenance and overhaul operations for the proper functioning of the product;
• Replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear due to the use of the product, as well as the geographic and climatic environment, whose replacement does not occur as a result of a malfunction;
• Vibrations and noise related to the operation of the product and deterioration of parts or components due to wear and tear resulting from its use;
• Wear caused by the use of liquids, parts, components or accessories other than the original or of equivalent quality.
This warranty expires immediately and does not extend to any part, component or accessory that has been damaged or rendered inoperative as a result of:
• Natural phenomena, such as hail, floods, lightning, storms or other weather conditions, as well as accidents, falls, fires or theft;
• Use of parts, components or accessories not purchased from VoltStore;
• Breach of any warranty seal or removal of any serial number label;
• Repairs, assistance, replacements, transformations or alterations carried out by third parties not authorized by VoltStore, as well as the installation of parts, components or accessories not approved by the product manufacturer.
Maintenance services such as "tightening" or adjusting gears, brakes, tires, among others, are not included in the warranty.
Important: You should not leave your battery for more than 60 days without charge, it may cause the battery to reach a voltage below the indicated, which could damage the battery, in which case it is considered misuse by the user and you will be out of the guarantee
MBA is not responsible for damages resulting from any computer viruses or other situations that prevent access and correct operation of navigation and the functionalities of the website and services available on it.
MBA declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered, the user must verify the conditions of importation and use of the products that he intends to order.

These general conditions, information on this website and all contracts that may be entered into under the same are governed by Portuguese legislation.
